With Evolbe, Yolé managed to have standardized processes and incidents resolved throughout the world.

Our challenge

At Yolé they were looking for a way to standardize the processes in their points of sale around the world so that they all worked in the same way and that their employees knew first-hand all the guidelines defined by the headquarters in Singapore.

What have we accomplished?

We began with the implementation of Evolbe in the country in which they operate the most, Singapore, where we were able to standardize different processes based on their needs and prioritizing those of greatest importance to the company.

Today Yolé can view its more than 70 points of sale from anywhere in the world and verify that all processes are being executed correctly and within the established deadline.
